Client Relationship Summary

A plain-language
relationship summary.

Form CRS gives you a concise overview of our services, fees, conflicts, and standard of conduct as an investment adviser.

This is template language provided for demonstration. Review and customize it with qualified legal and compliance counsel before publishing. Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

Next Level Wealth Management Group (“NLWMG,” “we,” “us”) is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it is important that you understand these differences. Free and simple tools are available at Investor.gov/CRS.

2. What Investment Services Can You Provide Me?

We offer investment advisory services including portfolio management, financial planning, and family-office coordination. Where we manage assets on a discretionary basis, we make investment decisions within the parameters of your agreement. We monitor accounts on an ongoing basis.

3. What Fees Will I Pay?

You will typically pay an ongoing asset-based fee for portfolio management and, where applicable, a fixed fee for planning. Because our fee is based on assets, we have an incentive to increase the assets we manage. You will pay fees whether you make or lose money on your investments.

4. What Are Your Obligations to Me?

When we act as your investment adviser, we must act in your best interest and not put our interest ahead of yours. We are held to a fiduciary standard that covers our entire advisory relationship with you.

5. How Do Your Professionals Make Money?

Our professionals are compensated through salary and a share of firm advisory revenue — not commissions on product sales — aligning their incentives with your outcomes.

6. Do You Have Disciplinary History?

[Insert yes/no and details.] Visit Investor.gov/CRS for a free and simple search tool to research our firm and financial professionals.
