Form ADV Part 2A

Our advisory
brochure.

Form ADV Part 2A (the “brochure”) describes our advisory business, services, fees, and conflicts of interest for current and prospective clients.

This is template language provided for demonstration. Review and customize it with qualified legal and compliance counsel before publishing. Last updated: July 2026

1. Advisory Business

Next Level Wealth Management Group (“NLWMG,” “we,” “us”) is an investment adviser providing discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management, financial planning, and family-office services to individuals, families, trusts, estates, and institutions.

2. Fees & Compensation

We are compensated through transparent, asset-based advisory fees and, where applicable, fixed planning fees. We do not accept commissions on the sale of securities or insurance products. A complete fee schedule is provided in your advisory agreement.

3. Types of Clients

We serve high-net-worth individuals and families, business owners, trusts, estates, foundations, and other institutions. Relationship minimums may apply and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Methods of Analysis & Investment Strategies

Our approach emphasizes long-horizon strategic allocation, evidence-based portfolio construction, systematic rebalancing, and tax-aware implementation. All investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal.

5. Disciplinary Information

Registration as an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Any material disciplinary events would be disclosed in this section. [Insert firm-specific disclosures.]

6. Conflicts of Interest

As an independent, fee-aligned adviser, we structure our business to minimize conflicts. Any conflicts that do arise are disclosed and managed in your best interest.
